When will I get my stuff?

LISTED PRODUCTION TIMES:

  • Standard apparel typically ships in 3-5 business days.
  • Embroidery, Mugs, All Sublimation & Custom hand-made products may take around 7-14 business days.
  • Ugly Sweater ships in 5-10 business days (ship from Hong Kong)

Tracking

When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.

Shipping multiple orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

Shipping to multiple locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address

Address changes

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

Incorrect Shipping Address

This is a very complicated case. We work with various suppliers who produce our products. Depending on the shipping address, we will select the suppliers closest to the customer who can produce the order. If a wrong shipping address is provided, the order may be sent to homeless charities, as some suppliers don’t accept returns. We therefore decide that Customers are responsible for the accuracy of shipping information. If a package can be resent, the customer bears the full two-way shipping cost.

Please promptly contact our support email if you discover any address inaccuracies. However, we want you to understand that, if our supplier do not have a return policy, there is nothing we can do. So make sure your shipping address exists.

Customs charges and delays

Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which are out of our control.
